2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the platform, infrastructure, or connected services.
  • Do not upload or publish content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
  • Do not misuse connected social platform access or attempt to exceed granted permissions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to PostHarbor. By using the service, you grant PostHarbor the limited rights needed to store, process, schedule, upload, and publish that content on your behalf.

5. Connected Platforms

PostHarbor may connect to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, and other supported services. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, technical limitations, and enforcement decisions.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

If PostHarbor offers paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, billing and entitlement management may be handled through the relevant app store and service providers such as RevenueCat. Fees, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refunds are subject to the platform through which the purchase is made, unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

PostHarbor may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use of the service presents risk, or if the service is changed or discontinued.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostHarbor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
